Hard Candy Swatches

These bad boys have been sitting in drawer for close to two months now. I think I didn't want to lose the cute little rings that go with the polishes so I never opened them. I finally decided to just get at all of them!
You'll notice my nails are A LOT shorter. I had to cut them for a couple job interviews I had. I wasn't sure if I would be giving facials or not.
Sky, Break Up, Mischief, Beetle, Mr. Wrong, and Wicked.
I believe Mischief and Wicked are Halloween exclusives. I think there was another color too but I bought these when all the Halloween stuff at Walmart was on sale and very picked over.
All of these colors come with a cute matching ring which I will be showing you.

This is Sky. I've seen this pop up on a lot of blogs recently. It is a very pretty light blue with a hint of blue shimmer. I used 3 coats. It was quite a bit streaky.

Here is the matching ring. I love how cute it looks together.

A close up so you can see the blue shimmer.

This is Break Up. Once again ignore my stained nails, I had high hopes this would be somewhat opaque. This is 3 coats. Break Up is a glitter polish with chunky hexagon glitter pieces that shine different colors in different light. This would probably be a lot prettier over a base color. :)

This is the ring with Break Up. I think it would have been cuter if the ring was clear with glitter in it.

This is Mischief. It was surprisingly opaque and only required 2 coats. Having Deja Vu? This looks like a dupe for China Glaze Ick-A-Body. I have compared these, but I think they're pretty close.

The ring with this polish a metallic light red color that goes surprisingly well.

And a close up for good measure.

This is Beetle. This is supposed to be a dupe for Orly Space Cadet. I used 2 coats, because the first was very streaky. This is a duochrome that shines purple and green.

Maybe I'm dreaming big but I wish this ring was a duochrome too. :(

Here you can see how completely different Beetle can look in different lighting.

This is Mr. Wrong. I used 2 coats. Mr. Wrong is a purple with gold shimmer that has a foil finish. It is so amazing. :D I love the way this polish looks!
I also heard that there is a Mr. Right nail polish.

This ring is a deep purple that matches the purple in the polish.

For some reason this color is very hard to capture, but this purple polish is PACKED with gold.

This is 2 coats of Wicked. It is a very opaque black with silver glitter in it.

This polish has a silver ring to match the silver glitter in the polish. I think it compliments the polish well.

:) Yum.

I'm shocked I didn't rip open these Hard Candys before!! All of the polishes I own from Hard Candy are unique and amazing in quality. I'm desperate for whatever they come out with next.

  10. Shortwidenails- They're $4-5 dollars each but I just realized they are not .5 fl oz they're .35! So yeah, I guess they are a bit more expensive! Honestly- the size looks very close to full size that it fooled me.
-_-;; I feel like that polish name is very relatable haha. I looked for Mr.Right (the polish haha) at Walmart yesterday but couldn't find him...er... it.
