Color Club: Last Swatches

These are finally the last of the Color Club sets I have left to swatch. I love these polishes but swatching this much was tiring! :)

Snakeskin, Ms. Hautie, Ready To Royal, Resort To Red, and Jewel Tone Blue.
Yes, those are handmade labels. :)

This is 1 coat of Snakeskin.

Snakeskin is a silver grey polish with gold microglitter.

This polish was very opaque and only required one coat.

Here you can see the microglitter glistening.

This is 2 coats of Ms. Hautie.

Ms. Hautie is a silver grey polish with purple shimmer and multi colored glitter.

I thought I would fall in love with this shade but the glitter doesn't pop on the nail nearly as much as it does in the bottle.

The glitter also made the consistency of the polish bumpy.

This is 2 coats of Ready To Royal. Which I'm sorry for the weird colors in this picture. I was trying to get it color accurate.

I was really struggling to make these photos color accurate. Oh well. Ready to Royal is a deep purple shimmer.

Finally, this is color accurate.

This gave me severe lobster hands.

This is 2 coats of Resort To Red.

Resort To Red is a red shimmer polish. This is a red I can enjoy.

This polish was a bit brush stroke ridden but nothing too bad.

It's very saucy.

This is 1 coat of Jewel Tone Blue.

Jewel Tone Blue is a bright blue shimmer polish. This one is my favorite of the bunch.

This blue is very bright and vivid.

I had a little problem with brush strokes but nothing major.

Color Club has some awesome and unique polishes. I feel a bit jaded by swatching so many at once. I think I'll appreciate them more individually.
What's your favorite color club polish?

  1. Those are beautiful! I love color club... but I hate that the collections don't come with labels! What the heck! I wrote on the bottom of mine with a fine sharpie.

  2. I really love this brand!!
    Always do awesome colours!!

  3. These look so pretty! I don't really like frost/shimmer polishes, especially those who leave brush marks, on myself, but I love looking at them on other peoples nails :D

My favorite here has to be Resort To Red, that one looks gorgeous on you!

My favorite Color Club polish has to be Revvvolution, hands down. I don't have that many color club (only the ross edition of the Rebel Debutante collection and Pure Energy) so I don't have much to base it on, but I don't think I've loved a polish (from any brand) more than I love Revvvolution. I literally went "WOW!" when I applied it, LOL. That has not happened often!

I think I need to get my hands on the rest of the CC holo polishes :)

  4. Very beautiful colours. I have a question for You. Can You write on my mail - ?

  5. It's too bad the glitter doesn't pop on Ms. Hautie! darn
