This was my NOTD that never was. It was just too bright for me that day. It's 2 coats of Sation Starlight Covers.
This is 2 coats of Estee Lauder Blue Dahlia.
Blue Dahlia is a dark, dark blue jelly-creme.
I then added 1 coat of KleanColor Holo Chrome.
Argh! I'm sorry about the blurry photos. I'm still trying to get used to this camera.
I added a heart made of crystals too. :)
So pretty!! I love holo chrome! I've only worn it on its own though.
