This is 2 coats of Every Month Is Oktoberfest.
Every Month Is Oktoberfest is a very red toned purple shimmer polish. I think I was like most people in thinking that the Germany collection was going to be a huge snoozefest but then after seeing the polishes in person- I found some true winners.
Agreed... I definitely wasn't excited by this collection but I grabbed a few when I saw them in person. Love it!
