This is 2 coats of OPI Parlez Vous OPI?.
I swear this polish is cursed. I LOVE the color. The color is stunning but the formula is so weird. It's thin and opaque enough but it always seems to drip into the cuticle no matter what I do. And no matter what top coat I use on it- it always dries to this streaky shine.

ReplyDeleteJust like you, I LOVE the colour!! :) And I normally don't have problems with the application of this polish.. hmm, weird.
