This is 1 coat of Tins The Universe over Petites Color Fever Periwinkle.
I often forget about these two brands of polishes even though they have some of my favorite colors. I need to reach for them more often. I wish Tins were easier to get the US. I've had to jump through hoops and pay so much more than I would for any other brand.
This is a gorgeous combo!
