Rimmel Mintilicious & Orly Sparkling Garbage

I hope you had a great weekend! :)

This is 2 coats of Rimmel Mintilicious.
I think I picked this color up at Walmart on a late night polish grab.

Mintilicious is a pastel, minty blue. The formula was a tad streaky but overall self leveling.

I then topped it with 1 coat of Orly Sparkling Garbage.

Sparkling Garbage is a sheer teal green polish with holographic glitter.

I've heard that Sally's has Sparkling Garbage on sale for anywhere between $2-$5. Mine did not have it. So I instead purchased this from my beauty supply. This polish has gotten quite the hype but I'm not really seeing it. Yes, it makes polish pretty but it doesn't seem all that unique to me.

Thanks for looking!

  4. I can see why you didn't see the hype of Sparkling Garage with just one coat, it doesn't really start to shine till the second coat IMO. I did two coats over Sinful Colors Mint Apple (which is a nearly perfect match) and the linear holographic starts to REALLY pop at that point. If you're willing I would definitely say to give it a second try.
